What you need to do if something happens
Call our 24/7 Emergency Assistance team for advice on your dental condition or if you need directions to the nearest or most suitable dentist.
Go to the dentist for the emergency dental treatment you need and obtain written certification from the dentist that the treatment was immediately required.
Confirm that the dentist treating you is registered and licensed to treat you in the local country.
You should pay the dental bills yourself and then make a claim online once all your treatment is finished or once you return home.
