By telling us your country of residence we are able to provide you with the most relevant travel insurance information.
Please note that not all content is translated or available to residents of all countries. Contact us for full details.
When you buy your policy, just tell us which countries or regions you plan to travel to.
If you’re travelling to many countries, you can simply add the entire region (e.g., Asia) to your policy, without having to list each country.
However, if you forget a country or change your mind, you may still be covered as long as the country or region is the same region of cover or lower as your policy (or, in insurance terms, the same risk or lower).
The best way to find out is to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
It’s not possible to upgrade or add another higher priced region to your policy after you buy it. If you’re still within the 14 day cooling off period and you haven’t already left Ireland, you can cancel for a full refund and re-purchase your policy.
If you’ve already left Ireland or are outside of the cooling off period, contact us.
We’re here to help if you have a question about travel insurance.

For policies purchased before 1 November 2018:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact many travellers around the world. Before you buy, read the travel alerts and check government travel advice and restrictions for your destination(s) as these may impact cover, or your ability to travel. NOTE: A 48-hour waiting period (time excess) applies to some Coronavirus-related cancellation cover; other waiting periods may apply.
